If you run this command in Windows power shell as an administrator (and the path to your service is the same as ours), it will block the call to w3.org, causing it to fail fast instead of slow and move on to printing. So this is unrelated to any Windows update, update to the Dymo print service, or update to any browser. Some time recently w3.org stopped responding to this request, making the xml validation slow as the request times out. That file is not cached, so the print service is hitting w3.org to download it. Apparently the Dymo print service is trying to validate the generated xml against an xsd file. I tried updating to DLS8Setup.8.7.exe but this did not help. If this doesn't resolve the issue DYMO's Support Team would need to be engaged.I am noticing a delay of 5 to 15 seconds when printing using the DYMO Label Web Service starting this morning. If the printer is a network printer it will need to be re-added by using the Add option in the same area where the printer was removed. If the printer is plugged into the computer producing the error then turning it off, waiting about 5-10 seconds, and turning it back on should cause the computer to add the printer again. Once there click on the entry for the Dymo printer and there will be a remove option. On Windows 10 you can go to Settings, Devices, Printers and Scanners. You can uninstall the printer on Windows 7 or 8 by going to the Control Panel, then Devices and Printers, right-clicking on the printer and selecting Remove Device.
